Emma Beat Premiere offers car chauffeur services for various occasions, including but not limited to airport pickups, transfers to and from Kruger National Park lodges, weddings, birthdays, and tours.

3. Booking

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is successful.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost.

5. Payment

  • Payment can be made through various methods, including credit/debit cards and mobile payment options.
  • Full payment is required prior to the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Responsibilities of the Customer

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
  • Customers must be ready for pickup at the agreed time and location.
  • Any additional fees incurred due to waiting time or changes in the pickup/drop-off location will be charged accordingly.

7. Driver Conduct

  • Our chauffeurs are trained professionals committed to providing a safe and pleasant experience.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who displays inappropriate behavior.

8. Liability

  • Emma Beat Premiere is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
