Refund and Returns Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled pickup. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. There may be additional charges depending on the new booking details.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval of your cancellation request.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4. No-Show Policy

  • In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled pickup and have not provided prior notice of cancellation, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Exceptions

  • If you encounter issues with our service that are within our control (e.g., a vehicle breakdown, a late arrival due to our fault), please contact us directly. We will assess the situation and determine appropriate compensation, which may include a refund or discount.
